Heard this from Belgian hurdy gurdy player Koen Van Daele(who is playing in sound file), at a hurdy gurdy & bagpipe weekend in 2016 at Halsway Manor.
Probably the first French tune I learned. From Jason Adajian. This seems to be the way I play it now. Perhaps in the past each part was doubled.
