Arthur (by Eric Thézé)

I found this tune via Massimo Craveri's youtube channel.  Though he played the tune beautifully, he unfortunately he only knew the A part of the tune. I wrote to the author Eric Thézé and subsequently purchased his music book. I prefer the way the chords sound on my mandolin in D-minor but the A-minor is the key it was written. In either key the tune is beautiful.
Below is whole tune in both in an A-minor version and a D-minor version.

Here is a playlist of various interpretations of Arthur:

Vuoma-Pertti’s mazurka

We got it from an English group, The Committee Band. Their website say this about it:

“From På bar gärning by Kangas Spelemän from Finland. If our uneducated attempt at translation is correct, this mazurka comes from Pertti Vuomajärvi, one of the great old Lapp melodeon players who was born in 1894.”

I also found this youtube:

Which in the description has info about the guy in Swedish, which can be translated with an online translator.

La Vecchia Singer by Alessandro Pipino

I didn't think I would learn this tune. Hailie posted it on fb and it seemed nice.  And it seemed I had seen it before, because of the sewing machine at the end.  Anyway, it snuck into my mind, so I learned it.  There are links to the music on the youtube page.  The B is written an octave above where I am playing it.
